This Organic Tie Guan Yin comes from the Bamboo Mountain growing region in Nantou, Taiwan. It is a heavily roasted, low-oxidation oolong, offering deep roasted flavors, nutty aromas, and a lingering warmth that unfolds with notes of malt, wood, and dark fruit.
We are proud to source this tea from a highly respected tea master and close friend David Tsay, whose deep commitment to traditional craft and terroir-driven tea shaping ensures quality in every step of production. His approach honors the subtle interplay between leaf, fire, and mountain climate—bringing out the rich roasted character and layered aroma that make this Tie Guan Yin so compelling to drink.
This tea is certified organic by MOA (Mokichi Okada International Association) and verified by Taiwan’s CAS (Certified Agricultural Standards), ensuring the highest standards of ecological and chemical-free farming.
