The wet leaves of this semi-aged puerh give off the aroma of dried Chinese plum, sweet tobacco and leather. A few steeps in the tea provides a thick, sweet, full bodied gelatinous mouth feel. There is also prominent mouth activity that causes salivation. The huigan is light and woody.
This tea is better than other storage versions of the same cake and strikes an ideal balance between age and price.
