Pure & clean with a pleasant, slightly floral taste, that’s between viny and dried fruit. Balanced thickness,taste and mouthfeel. Later steeps provide a saccharin like aftertaste that leads to mouth watering. Very resistant to steeping offering full-bodied, consistent brews.
