Wood fired porcelain teapot w/ natural wood handle 115ml

This pot was fired for 4 days up to 2400°F in the wood fire kiln at the Pottery museum in Yingge, Taiwan. The textured Japanese porcelain developed beautiful peach colored flashing from the flames in the kiln. The crackled emerald green glass in the knob is a stunning detail in this unique, one of a kind pot. The texture on the surface of the pot was created with a piece of Taiwanese camphor wood bark sustainably reclaimed from fallen branches of city trees in Taipei. The wooden handle makes for a beautiful pour. This teapot has a perfect pour, no dripping. Definitely one of the nicest pots in the kiln.
