Wild clay teapot 150ml B

This teapot is made from a small batch of wild clay that I harvested and processed from the mountains around my studio. The inside of the pot is unglazed and has a 7 hole filter behind the spout. This clay is high fired in reduction to 1250°C. This is what I consider my best clay for tea. After years of experimenting with different clays, I find this clay to perform very well with any kind of tea.
